Shipping Coverage
We proudly ship our jewelry worldwide. All international orders are processed and shipped from our facilities in Istanbul, Turkey.

Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs procedures.

Shipping Carriers
We currently ship orders via UPS, DHL, or PTT (subject to change based on destination and availability).

Shipping Costs
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at barsxquentin@gmail.com with your order number. We will resend the item(s) at no additional cost after verifying the issue.

Returns Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for any returns or exchanges. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
